Reservations:

Please call 828.265.1029 to reserve your appointment. We require that all spa services be secured with a credit card or gift card. If you choose not to use a credit card or gift card to secure your appointment, you may pay in advance with cash or personal check.

Arrive Early:

We suggest you arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to your treatment. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced. Late arrivals will pay the full charge for the treatment/service.

Cancellations:

If you must cancel your appointment, we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel to avoid a full charge for the service.

Attire:

Feel free to wear comfy, cozy clothes to your appointment. For spa services, professional draping techniques are always practiced.

For Your Comfort:

Please make use of our private changing room while at our facility.

We welcome you to discuss openly your likes, dislikes, concerns, or questions with your therapist before and during your treatment.

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.

Because we are concerned about your health and beauty as well as our environment, our spa is a Smoke-Free facility.

Services For
Mothers-to-be:

Mothers-to-be can enjoy all salon services, facials, and massage.

Please note that massage is only performed if you are between the third and sixth month of pregnancy.

Minimum Age
Requirement:

Treatments are available only to guests 18 years and older. Salon services are open to all ages.

Professional
Service Charge:

Treatments and services are automatically subject to a $10 service charge which is not reflected in prices listed.

Gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary.

Product Return Policy:

All makeup sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges allowed.

Group Bookings :

We will request a credit card nuumber and $25 retainer fee per appointment for group bookings. A 15% gratuity will be added for each service.
